Canvas is a design studio built into Zoho CRM where you can redesign the user interface of your CRM to ensure that your needs and preferences are met. Canvas has a wide range of formatting options to empower you to create a masterpiece down to the last detail.
What's New in Canvas
Previously, Canvas enabled users to customize only the list views of various modules in Zoho CRM. Canvas for list view was the starting point in our quest to create a highly customizable CRM.
In the new update, we're introducing
- Canvas customization for the detail view of records as well.
- Canvas comes with a powerful editor, where everything is possible.

Canvas comes with four design templates created by our in-house designers to help you get started. If you're not feeling inspired, you can pick one of our templates and dive right in. You can edit these templates to suit your needs, instead of having to build from scratch.
We're also working on additional design templates based on industry preferences and features to improve the overall Canvas experience such as conditional styling, where views can be loaded dynamically based on a set criteria.

What I personally like about the new Canvas Builder is that it allows me to be a minimalist as I would like to be. I have a custom module in my CRM where I only need to view the data & related list. There's not much manual editing or updating of the records in this module.
