Zoho Mail Admin Console Configure Email Delivery Update MX to receive emails : Name.com DNS

Update MX Records for receiving emails - Name.com

You need to add the MX entries for your domain to point to Zoho, to start receiving emails in Zoho Mail. Follow the steps below, if your DNS records are hosted with Name.com.

  1. Login to your Name.com domain manager.
  2. Click Domain Management and select the domain you have added in Zoho Mail.
  3. Select the domain, which you have added in Zoho for adding MX records.
  4. Select MX from the Record Type drop down. 
  5. In the Record Host field, leave it blank. Do not add anything.
  6. In the Record answer field specify mx.zoho.com and set the priority as 10
  7. Click Add Record to add the other record
  8. Leave the Record Host field blank. 
  9. In the Record answer field specify mx2.zoho.com and set the priority as 20

Ensure that you have removed the other records to receive emails in Zoho without any errors.  Only the MX records related to Zoho Mail should be associated with the domain. You can check the MX records in the third party tool www.mxtoolbox.com by providing your domain name.
