What should I do when I get unexpected errors?

When you try to perform certain actions, unexpected errors may appear, such as:

• You can't rename, delete, move, upload, or modify the file/folder due to a system error (ERROR_MACRO). Please try again after some time. If the error persists, you may send logs to report it to us.
• The file can't be uploaded due to an error. Please try again after some time. If the error persists, you may send logs to report it to us.
• An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again after some time. If the error persists, you may send logs to report it to us.
• The file/folder permission can't be updated due to an unexpected error. Please try again after some time. If the error persists, you may send logs to report it to us.
• The file can't be uploaded/downloaded due to an unexpected error. Please try again after some time. If the error persists, you may send logs to report it to us.
• The file can't be uploaded/downloaded due to an unexpected error. Please try again after some time. If the error persists, you may send logs to report it to us.
• The file integrity check has failed. Please try again after some time. If the error persists, you may send logs to report it to us.

If any of these errors appear, click the sync icon in your system tray and select the Retry option. You can also report this issue to our Sync Team using the Send Logs option.
