By subscription, you can merge others' public calendars with yours and even collaborate your business calendars. Subscriptions available are:
Subscribe to public calendars
Public calendars that have agenda of any important event can be subscribed to your Zoho Calendar.
- Click on Settings.
- Select "Subscribe to" from the left pane.
- In the "Web URL" field, paste the public calendar's URL.
- Click on "Subscribe".
Subscribe to CRM and Projects Calendars:
It is not only your friends calendar that you can subscribe to but also to your own calendars from other Zoho applications like Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM. This should satisfy your business needs.
- Click on Settings.
- Select "Subscribe to" option on the left.
- Under "Other Applications", you will find calendars of two applications listed there. They are
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Projects
- Clicking on these links will subscribe you to the respective calendars.
Add a friends calendar
- Click on Settings.
- Select the tab, "Subscribe to" from the left pane.
- Of the three tabs on the right side of that page, select the second tab which would be "Friends Calendar".
- Type your friends Zoho mail id in the provided field and click on "OK".
- Your friend's public calendar will be listed with a "Subscribe" button.
- Click on "Subscribe" button to add your friends calendar.
- There also will be another option which is to "Send request for individual sharing".
- Clicking on this option will send a requisition mail to your friend enabling only you to share that calendar with them.
Subscribe to Holiday calendars
There are calendars with holiday information of countries to which you can subscribe. The list includes holiday calendars of eminent countries such as Russia, USA, UK, China, Italy, Australia, France, Mexico, and more.
- Click on Settings.
- Select "Subscribe to".
- The third tab on the right side will be "Holidays". Click on it to display the list of holiday calendars offered.
- Click on the "Subscribe" button of the calendar you wish to subscribe to.
