How does monthly subscription model work?

In this model, you can subscribe to any plan based on your subscriber's count. You can send emails to your subscribers' considerable number of times. You pay us based on the number of subscribers managed in your account.

Is a credit card required to get started?

No, not at all. You don't require a credit card to sign-up with us. Sign-up, use our free plan and if, the need arises, upgrade.

Who holds the right to subscribe or upgrade to plans?

In any organization, the administrator holds all the rights to subscribe to plans as per your marketing requirements.

How do I select a plan?

Firstly, analyze your requirement and depending on the number of subscribers or Emails needed, subscribe to a plan that caters to your requirement. If you're a frequent email marketer, we suggest you to go with the Subscriber Model since this model will be economical. If you seldom send email campaigns, please go with the Pay-As-You-Use model.

How to change the credit card details for my account subscription?

To change your credit card details,

  1. Login to Zoho Campaigns account.
  2. Click on the Upgrade link (at the right top of the page)/ Settings module --> Subscription.
  3. In Subscription page, you will find Change Credit Card Details below Current Plan Details.
  4. Click on the link to change the credit card details.
  5. Enter the required details and click Save button to confirm.

How to cancel my subscription with Zoho Campaigns?

To cancel your subscription details,

  1. Login to Zoho Campaigns account.
  2. Click on the Upgrade link (at the right top of the page)/ Settings module --> Subscription..
  3. In Subscription page, you will find Cancel Your Subscription below Current Plan Details. Click on that link to cancel the subscription.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription button to confirm.

If I cancel my subscription, what’ll happen to the contacts in my account?

When you cancel your subscription, your account will be moved to the Pay-As-You-Use model with zero credits. Your contacts will remain in the account but you cannot send any email campaign. However, you can upgrade your plan at any time and start sending the campaigns.

How to change my subscription plan from “Pay-As-You-Use” to “Monthly Subscription”?

To change your subscription from Pay-As-You-Use to Monthly Subscription,

  1. Login to Zoho Campaigns account.
  2. Click on the Upgrade link (at the right top of the page)/ Settings module --> Subscription.
  3. In Subscription page, you will find Switch to Subscribers Model panel below Current Plan Details. Click Subscribe Now.
  4. Select the monthly plan and click Subscribe button to confirm.

How to change my subscription plan from "Monthly Subscription" to “Pay-As-You-Use”?

To change your plan from Monthly Subscription to Pay-As-You-Use, you need to cancel your monthly subscription so that your account will be moved to Pay-As-You-Use model with zero credits. 
To cancel your subscription details,

  1. Login to Zoho Campaigns account.
  2. Click on the Upgrade link (at the right top of the page)/ Settings module --> Subscription.
  3. In Subscription page, you will find Cancel Your Subscription below Current Plan Details. Click on the link to cancel the subscription.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription button to confirm. 

Now, your account will be moved to zero credits and you can purchase the credits by selecting your Email Credits and clicking on Purchase button to confirm.
