如何进行...向上

Like said earlier, the administrator of every organization account has certain extra rights, which is to make sure of smooth and easy operations and to administer with ease. By default, the first user who registers for an account with Zoho Campaigns will be the administrator of the respective account. An administrator can later, add up to 5 users in an organization.

The concept of multi-user account will definitely help in cases where you've a centralized marketing team and you've each member handling each product/service.

Administering Operations include access to control:

  • Dashboard
  • Users
  • Privilege

Dashboard:

Click Admin tab --> Dashboard, which acts as a quick view to keep track of lined-up activities and activities taken place in the past.

List of activities that can be tracked:

  1. Campaign sent - Shows days when campaigns were sent.
  2. Campaign Scheduled - Shows campaigns scheduled.
  3. Stopped / Canceled / Paused - Shows when campaigns were stopped / canceled / paused.

The dashboard also shows you the number of users in the organization and the corresponding campaigns that were sent and number of campaigns that are scheduled.

Users

This tab allows you to add further users to your organization. You can add upto 5 users in your organization.

Click Users

Enter respective email address and click Save.
Once saved a verification link will be sent to the respective user to join your account.

By default, when you click Admin --> Users, you can view the list of users currently present in your organization.

Note

  • Email and Name are mandatory fields.
  • The administrator has the rights to deactivate any of the users.
  • A user can join an account only if the verification link in the email sent to them is clicked.

Privilege

The administrator has the power to set different privileges for an organization account such as list privileges, sender address and reply to privileges.

Click Privilege

List Privileges - Grant access to other users to access everyone's list(s) in an organization or restrict access only to admin and campaign owners or only to respective campaign owners. Select the button associated to an option based on your requirement as shown below:

  1. Only list owners can access the respective list(s).
  2. Admin can access user's list(s) in this organization.
  3. User can access all list(s) in this organization.

Campaign Report View and Analysis - Grant access to all users in an organization to view reports of all campaigns or restrict access to respective campaign owners and admin or respective campaign owner alone. Select the button associated to an option based on your requirement as shown below:

  1. Only campaign owners can view respective campaign reports.
  2. Admin can view campaign reports of all users in this organization.
  3. Users can view campaign reports of other users in this organization.

Note:

  • This is applicable only for campaigns in the sent, stopped, paused, canceled status.

Sender/Reply-To Address Privilege

If, you want to send your email campaign with another email address and not your own, you can add them in Zoho Campaigns but, the address will have to be verified. Other users in the organization being able to use these addresses or not, is based on the privilege the administrator sets for the organization. Every sender address added can also be used as a reply-to address. Select the button associated to an option based on your requirement as shown below:

  1. Only admins of our organization can use sender addresses added by other users.
  2. All users of our organization can use sender addresses added by other users.

Click Save to apply changes.
