Stop the broadcast.

Once you reach the last slide of the presentation, you can end your broadcast with a single click.

To stop the broadcast follow these steps:

Step 1 : Click Stop Broadcast in the top of the Broadcast panel.

The audience will continue to see the last slide shown until you click Stop Broadcast.

Step 2 : You can either "Allow participants to download" or "Continue discussion with your participants" after stopping the broadcast.

After you have stopped the broadcast you can still do the following:

  • Allow participants to download:

    Participants can get a copy of your presentation by saving or downloading the presentation.

  • Continue discussion with your participants:

    Your participants can interact with you using the Chat panel even after you have finished the presentation.

Notes

Once the presenter exits the broadcast, the broadcast window closes and the broadcast URL expires. To start a new broadcast session, reopen the broadcast and invite participants using the new URL link.

Allow your participants to download.

Often times people wish to revisit concepts from a presentation days or even weeks after the talk has been delivered, but they don't have access to the slides or the contact information of the presenter. Allowing participants to download the presentation can save them time and effort.

To allow your participants to download the presentation follow these steps:

Step 1 : Click Stop Broadcast on the top of the broadcast screen. The pop-up window appears.

Step 2 : You can either "Allow" or "Cancel" the request to download.

  • Allow - Click Allow to grant permission to your participants to download or save your presentation.
  • Cancel - Click Cancel to deny permission to your participants to download or save your presentation.

Step 3 : Click Exit broadcast session to quit the broadcast window.

Download and save is only available for 30 minutes after stopping the broadcast.
